With a lifelong passion for movement that began in childhood gymnastics and dance, Nicole has spent her career helping women reconnect with their sensuality and strength. After discovering pole dancing in 2000 and later diving deep into yoga for healing, she realized that movement is more than fitness—it’s a path to empowerment. A former radio personality and host of SiriusXM’s Pillowtalk, Nicole infuses every class with energy, music, and a sense of play. Through Vegas Yoga Parties, she combines her love for yoga, dance, and entertainment to create unique experiences where women can celebrate their sensuality, confidence, and joy.
