The Expansion Practice with Nicole Cherry
A space to explore movement, reconnect, and get back into your body
This is my home-based yoga practice in Centennial Hills— a small, invitation-based space for women who want to stay connected to their body, build strength, and move with more awareness.
It’s simple, supportive, and designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re returning to your practice or looking for something more personal than a traditional class.
There’s no pressure to commit.
You simply come when it feels right.

You’re always welcome to invite a friend to join you — first-time practice is $10
Each month, you’ll receive community email The Expansion Practice — This Month’s Flow with openings, themes, and any pop-up sessions
I’ve watched women return to confidence after pain, rediscover strength they thought was gone, and open to new freedom in their bodies they didn’t think were available to them.
I’ve seen how movement can rebuild confidence — not just through strength, but through presence, expression, and feeling more at home in your body.
The Expansion Practice is an invitation into that same return — not to who you used to be, but to who you are becoming.
I’m grateful to share this space with you.
I’d love to help guide you as you continue to expand in your practice.
With care,
Nicole
