Terms of service.
📌 Party Deposit
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. This deposit applies toward your total party cost.
📍 Studio Space Rental Deposit
A $150 non-refundable studio rental deposit is required for all Pole Dance and Aerial Yoga parties, and optional for other experiences when a studio is requested.
This includes:
$75 toward your party total
$75 toward studio rental
💡 Studio must be confirmed at the time of booking.
💳 Final Payment
The remaining balance for your party is due 7 days prior to your event date. We will send you a follow-up link to submit your final payment.
🔄 Rescheduling or Changes
All party date or time adjustments must be made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled event.
❌ Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable
No refunds will be issued after final payment is made (7 days before the party)
Partial refunds of $25 per guest will be offered only if your party exceeds 10 guests and you’ve already paid the full amount. This applies to last-minute cancellations.
💫 Private Sessions & Special Events
All private lessons, semi-privates, and Date Night Yoga bookings must be paid at least 2 days in advance
All studio rentals are non-refundable once booked
