This is my home-based practice — created for women who are ready to feel more alive in their bodies again. Invitation Only.
Here, we explore movement that rebuilds trust, awakens sensation, and opens space for confidence and clarity to return. Practices are personal, unhurried, and guided with care — often including gentle hands-on assists, heat therapy, props and long, nourishing savasana supported with props and essential oils.
This is a calm, supportive space where you’re invited to slow down, listen deeply, and let your body lead. Whether you come once in a while or make this part of your weekly rhythm, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.

Once a month, I offer themed pop-up classes as a way to gently deepen your practice and explore new ways of moving — without pressure or expectation.
These sessions are designed to support both foundation and expansion: grounding you in strength, stability, and awareness, while also inviting curiosity, confidence, and new sensation in the body.
Each exploration offers space to slow down, feel more, and discover what’s available to you on that day.

Yoga with the Stability Ball
Supportive, playful movement to build core awareness, balance, and spinal ease.
Pilates & Mobility
Strengthen stabilizing muscles, improve coordination, and support ease in everyday movement.
Power Yoga with Light Weights
Grounded strength work that builds confidence, heat, and resilience — without overwhelm.
Yoga Wheel Exploration
Experience spinal extension, shoulder opening, balance, and trust in your body.
Each class is an invitation — not a requirement — and always adaptable to meet you where you are.

As part of this community, you’re invited into a rhythm that nurtures your body, your nervous system, and your sense of connection.
