Vegas Yoga Party Policy:
Party Deposit:
$75 non-refundable deposit to secure your party date and time.
Studio Space Rental Deposit: For Vegas Yoga Parties, a $50 non-refundable studio space rental deposit is required at the time of booking, along with the party deposit.
Final Payment:
Due 7 days before the party.
Schedule Adjustments:
Must be made at least 7 days prior to the party date.
Refunds:
No refunds after the final payment, due 7 days before the party.
Partial Refunds: Available only for individual guests if the total party size exceeds 10 people and the total fee is over $300. If guests cancel last minute, a $25 refund per person will be issued for each participant over 10.
Privates/Semi-Privates/Date Night Yoga:
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the date and/or rental space. This fee must be collected no less than 2 days prior to the private session.
Important Notes:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Studio space for Vegas Yoga Parties must be secured at the time of booking, while privates, semi-privates, and Date Night Yoga bookings require payment at least 2 days in advance.
